The wait is almost over! We are excited to announce that the highly anticipated enhancements to the Bristol West® Commercial Auto program in Arizona will go live on Friday, September 26, 2025.
Program Enhancements Include:
• Any Auto Legal Liability coverage. This broad coverage option, a common requirement for contractors, provides Liability Only coverage for a listed employee while using most unlisted vehicles whether owned, borrowed, leased, rented or hired.
• Blanket Additional Insured endorsement. Includes Primary and Non-Contributary language that extends Liability coverage to any person or entity for which the insured is contractually required to provide coverage.
• Blanket Waiver of Subrogation endorsement. An option for customers looking for enhanced risk management. Coverage automatically applies to any contract with the insured that includes a waiver of subrogation clause.
• Enhanced Additional Insured endorsement. We updated the existing endorsement to feature policy and Additional Insured information with new primary language for added clarity.
