Recently, we corrected an issue affecting select Progressive RV policies in Arizona. Specifically, this error affected base rates as well as renewal rate calculations for both Motorhome and Travel Trailer policies. This error began with new business effective April 5, 2024, and renewal business effective May 15, 2024.
Please be aware that we’ve corrected this issue with our latest Arizona RV rate revision in Progressive’s Release 16 (R16) model. The correction will apply to new business effective April 3, 2026, and renewal business effective May 15, 2026.
If your customer was overcharged, we’ll process the policy premium credit to their current policy term through our system. In this case, your commission will be reduced for the current policy term only.
If your customer was undercharged, we’ll waive the additional premium; however, you will receive a commission increase based on the premium difference for the current policy term only.
