Hi All –

 

Please see below for an update on our Real Estate Appetite and General Appetite.

LRO and Real Estate are easily entered online with submissions qualifying for BOP.

 

BOP – Use largest tenant per sq footage when quoting LRO.  If there is a restaurant occupant use the restaurant class code that is applicable. 

 

 

  • Crime Score is less than 95 

  • Effective Age of Building

 Habitational - Buildings more than 20 years old must have updated Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing systems         

 LRO - Buildings more than 40 yrs old must have updated Electrical HVAC and Plumbing systems

  • Public Protection Class (PPC) 1-9 

  • Up to 5 stories for Frame, regardless of sprinkler status, no # of stories restrictions for all other construction types (BOP Only)

  • TIV Guidelines: 

Package: Total Insured Value (TIV) maximum-(defined as Building+Contents+Business Income) for Frame and Joisted Masonry construction types  

 

  • $10,000,000 Single Building for Habitational and LRO Business

  • $70,000,000 Multiple Buildings (Amount Subject) per location

 

BOP: Total Insured Value (TIV) maximum - (defined as Building+Contents) all construction types
