Now that PryzmIQ is live, we want to make sure you have everything you need to feel confident using the platform and guiding your clients through it.
PryzmIQ was designed to remove friction from the inspection process, eliminate delays, reduce your follow up workload, and make it easier for homeowners to stay on track. We are already seeing positive adoption, and we are here to ensure that momentum continues.
A quick reminder of what you can expect:
Inspections are ordered on the policy effective date
Homeowners have 14 calendar days to complete the inspection
The 14 day abandonment and closeout timeline remains in effect
If your clients ask:
Encourage them to look for the inspection email, complete the steps promptly, and let them know they must use a smartphone or tablet to complete the inspection. Live technical support is available if they run into any issues.
