Louisiana House Bill 511 requires carriers to verify and retain properly completed state promulgated Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury Coverage Forms on Personal Lines new business policies. Agents will continue to be required to collect required policy documents per our Producer’s Agreement, and we’ll require agents to send us the completed UM/UIM signature forms.
