Effective June 1st, you will earn an additional bonus equal to 25% of your standard new business commission earnings. This bonus is designed to reward your performance and support your ongoing success in driving results.

About the event
We would like to recognize your continued dedication to our partnership with an enhancement to your compensation structure.
Effective June 1st, you will earn an additional bonus equal to 25% of your standard new business commission earnings. This bonus is designed to reward your performance and support your ongoing success in driving results.
Example: if your standard earned commission on new business transactions is $100, then you will receive an additional bonus of $25 and does not apply to Fire Only, Ex-Wind, or Earthquake policies.
Furthermore, we are pleased to offer an additional $75 bonus per submitted application for all wind-exposed new business policies located in the following areas: Harris County, Brazoria County, Chambers County, Galveston County, and Jefferson County.
Note: this $75 bonus per submitted application does not apply to Fire Only, Ex-Wind, or Earthquake policies.
