In this presentation we’ll pull in some key parts of topics we covered in previous presentations, but we’ll look at them in a different way – considering the implications for you if these areas are overlooked or mismanaged.

The workers compensation policy is probably the most simply worded commercial coverage form that we use – it has limited exclusions, and no defined terms, but statistically the placement and servicing of this coverage produces almost 10% of E&O claims.

While the Workers Compensation policy appears to be simple, coverage provided by the policy and the coverage triggers are defined by the state WC law or laws that are applicable for each specific claim, and those laws, which vary considerable from state to state, are far from simple.
