Introducing AmTrust Access for Policyholders
We are pleased to introduce AmTrust Access, a new centralized hub designed to help your clients quickly begin common tasks and find the resources they use most frequently.
AmTrust Access brings together capabilities available via AmTrust Online, but presents them in one simple starting point to help policyholders quickly find what they need and confidently take the next step.
With AmTrust Access, policyholders can:
Start a claim
Make a payment
Begin an audit
Download claim kits, forms, and guides
Access supportive policy resources — all in one place
When beginning tasks such as filing a claim, policyholders will enter policy number and ZIP code and are seamlessly guided to the appropriate workflow.
