Risk Profile

Handypersons perform miscellaneous, small-scale repair and installation work in residential and light commercial settings. Typical operations include:

  • Minor painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs

  • Replacing windows, screens, and locks

  • Small roofing repairs (incidental shingles) and gutter cleaning

  • Installing ceiling fans, TV mounts, and light caulking work

This is not limited to residential exposures.
