Risk Profile
Handypersons perform miscellaneous, small-scale repair and installation work in residential and light commercial settings. Typical operations include:
Minor painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Replacing windows, screens, and locks
Small roofing repairs (incidental shingles) and gutter cleaning
Installing ceiling fans, TV mounts, and light caulking work
This is not limited to residential exposures.
