We’re excited to announce more availability for our most competitive homeowners programs in the Houston Metro Area.Effective May 23, 2025, the Occidental HO3 will be available to new business under normal roof guidelines in Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, and Harris counties.Already in effect, Auros HO3/HO5 and SURE DP3 have expanded maximum roof age eligibility in those same counties. Since April 25, Auros HO3/HO5 and SURE DP3 have been available for new business in select Houston Metro Area counties for homes with roofs five years or newer. Now we’re saying yes to even more risks with expanded roof age eligibility.Take a look at this chart for details on your expanded options.
