Markets continue to want growth in the mid-west (OK, ARK, MO, KS, IA, IN,TN CO) and continue to be difficult in states like TX, GA, CA, FL. More market state expansions are coming along with new markets to offer coverage in 2025! Be on the lookout for the new markets to come. What’s New:
Nirvana Business Auto(not for hire) is now officially live in TX & GA for 9/1 effective dates. We're clearing submissions in these states now and will start sharing indications the week of 8/11. This brings active states to: AZ, GA, IL, IN, OH, PA and TX. Please note that we're able to write multi-state policies as long as the primary garaging location is in one of these states
Requires at least 90 days telematics data for For hire exposure(trucking) and 15 days on the Not for Hire exposure(Business Auto) – see attached approved telematics list!
More states with Crum ( they have a system clearance that is based on CAB findings, if we get passed that and we are clear then we have big chances on getting good quotes)
Crum & Forster on All states except CA and MA, including up to 15 units
Markets are requiring items in order to clear. Please start sending currently valued 4 years Loss runs(if insured was in business that long), latest 4 quarters of IFTAs in order to gain clearance with BSB, Northland, IAT, and Canal.

BSB has extended into All states except: AK, CA, CT, DC, HI, MA, MT, NJ, NY, PA, VA, VT, WA, WY

Things to keep in mind when sending submissions (these will help your submissions to be worked in a timely manner):
Please remember to break out commodities on your submission by % - General commodities/freight is NOT an acceptable commodity. Not having this information holds up getting your quotes out to you in a quicker manner.
PLEASE remember to put VIN numbers on your submission as this hinders us from being able to produce quotes quicker to you especially on new ventures!
Most of our markets for 3+ power units are requiring clearance now. To get clearance with the market(s), we must have the following:
Completed application (non-Acord)
Last 4 quarter IFTA reports (if applicable)
4 years currently valued hard-copy loss runs
Complete vehicle and driver lists including date of hire
3 year historic unit count/mileage/revenue as well as projected

NOTE: We also have multiple markets for monoline physical damage and/or motor truck cargo (admitted and non-admitted in MOST states). We have in-house binding authority and can entertain most of your small fleet 1-10 power unit accounts.
