One Alliance North America - Rate Examples for new business.
Dear Valued One Alliance North America Texas Agents,
Often, our communications focus on product updates and rate changes. To provide additional, real-world perspective, I have been compiling live examples that illustrate our current rating position in key “hot zone” markets across Texas. While many of you have locations in closed territories.( DFW and North Texas) The rest of the state is still open for business !!!!
Please note that all customer and agency names have been removed to protect confidentiality. Additionally, not all of the examples reflect the May rate changes specific to Travis County and surrounding territories. That said, the remaining rate adjustments have been minimal, and we continue to maintain a strong competitive position—particularly for new construction, including in Travis and Williamson counties.
As we move into a very active season with increased family relocations, I want to offer a quick reminder: for price-sensitive situations, we do have the HOA+ product available, which is currently priced very competitively. It is important, however, that customers clearly understand the coverage differences between an HOA+ and an HOB policy when making their purchasing decision.
