Allstate - landlord - TEXAS Update
Effective July 28, 2025, agents will no longer be able to bind existing quotes for Texas Allstate landlord package policies (LPPs) in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, or coastal areas.
The following counties will be impacted: Aransas, Austin, Bee, Brazoria, Brooks, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Collin, Colorado, Dallas, Denton, Dewitt, Duval, Fort Bend, Galveston, Goliad, Gonzales, Hardin, Harris, Hidalgo, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kenedy, Kleberg, Lavaca, Liberty, Live Oak, Matagorda, Mcmullen, Montgomery, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Polk, Refugio, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Starr, Tarrant, Tyler, Victoria, Walker, Waller, Wharton and Willacy.
