Update your agency info on FAO
Spring is here, which means it's the perfect time to freshen up not just your home, but also your agency's information with Progressive. We're always striving to bring the latest technological advancements to ForAgentsOnly.com (FAO), making it easier for independent agents like you to manage your agency and book of business.
Take a minute now to review and update some key information on FAO so you’re in the know:
Agency Info*: Manage the information that displays on your "Find an Agent" listing (office hours, phone numbers, languages spoken, social media) and customer mailings.
Text Opt-in: Sign up for text message alerts to keep you up to date on time-sensitive matters like severe weather messages, incentive payout information, live event reminders, and more.
Emails: Manage the email addresses associated with your agency as well as each of their email subscriptions.
KOD Profile: We have live webinars weekly and we use your Knowledge on Demand (KOD) profile to make sure every user that signs up, receives all the webinar information.
Admin Clean Up: Users with Admin access are encouraged to look at their Agency User List and delete any users no longer with your agency. You can also manage individual's level of FAO access here too!
