You likely received an email this evening asking you to complete the onboarding process from Bamboo. This is legit! Their licensing team got this out earlier than they told me they would. Members can now click on the link and complete the onboarding process to get access to their system and products.

A couple of gaps Bamboo will help fill in the market:
Roofs 15 years of newer qualify for RCV unless in poor or severe condition
Homes built after 1900 are accepted; no proof of updates required. If electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roof have been updated there is a big discount
No max acreage
No lapse guidelines and no surcharge for a lapse
X-wind in Tier 1
